American Encore Releases ‘Donald Trump—An American Encore’ as part of the ‘Second-Act’ Video Series

The series profiles notable Americans who overcame personal challenges to meaningfully contribute to the world. Donald Trump’s life story is the ultimate encore performance. Time after time when critics counted him out, he proved he was just getting started and came roaring back with tremendous success. President Trump’s story is uniquely American, reminding all of us that our nation holds boundless opportunity.

Each story illustrates how personal transformation can inspire broader change.

Spotlight Stories

   •       Ronald Reagan: As the nation prepares for another presidential inauguration, President Reagan’s legacy serves as a reminder of leadership that inspires unity and hope. The series revisits Reagan’s enduring contributions, exemplifying how his influence continues to echo through history. Recently, President Reagan was credited posthumously for co-authoring a new song,  “Together, a New Beginning,” demonstrating the breadth of an impact one can have, even after life.

     •          Damien Patton: From overcoming a troubled past to innovating at the forefront of artificial intelligence, Patton’s story is one of transformation and purpose. As an advocate for combating radicalization, he continues to drive meaningful change in society.

•  Cornealious Michael “Mike” Anderson III: Convicted of armed robbery in 2000. He received athirteen year sentence that, due to a clerical error was not enforced for over a decade. During that time, Mike had a second chance at life. Instead of falling back into crime, he reformed himself. When a SWAT team showed up to arrest him 10 years later, Mike accepted his punishment. Luckily, a judge ordered Mike’s release after less than 365 days behind bars due to his clear and remarkable rehabilitation.
