The Future of Arizona is Bright: Reaction to Governor Ducey's First State of the State

Today newly sworn in Arizona Governor Doug Ducey delivered his State of the State address to the Arizona Legislature. In it, Governor Ducey laid out his specific policy proposals for the upcoming year. American Encore President Sean Noble reacted with the following statement:

“Governor Doug Ducey once again defies conventional wisdom by demonstrating that he will be a Governor for all the people, ensuring opportunity for everyone.  His proposals for getting more dollars to the classroom, providing equal access to quality education to low-income kids, and standing up for single moms against deadbeat dads sends a clear message that Governor Ducey can not and will not be pigeon-holed by a stereotype.  He is a man who cares about the little guy, and his state of the state demonstrates how he will govern.
