American Encore Joins Call For Congress to Use CRA to Rescind Regulations

American Encore has proudly joined a coalition of over 50 other organizations in a call for Congress to utilize its power under the Congressional Review Act (CRA) to repeal the burdensome regulations passed in the last days of the Obama administration.  Because the act empowers Congress to repeal regulations passed only within the last 60 legislative days, quick action is required.  Congress should stand with the American people and repeal as many of these job killing regulations as possible.
